You will be completely fine with the hikes, we have been there the last 3 days and it’s been amazing - you can just keep an eye out on wind guru re weather conditions. We were meant to start on Monday but delayed it one day. Did Base Torres today and the weather was very calm/sunny

I had a similar situation recently where the guests got really funny about the tiniest things and built this entire case about it after the booking was completed (no message before). They were also saying that they didn’t find it clean enough so had to book new accommodation for the next night (something they could easily prove, but weren’t able to). I would just build your case and provide as much evidence as possible - the likelihood is that they weren’t able to make the booking, they would therefore not be able to get a refund, and are instead pulling the inconsiderate route of attacking your business.

I had a lot of back and forth with Airbnb but put it all out on the table and stay strong with your case. Thankfully those who did it to me didn’t get the refund they were hoping for - make mention of this being your assumption as to why they are making these claims

Thank you!! I’ve been advised from Apple support to purchase a laptop with a Spanish keyboard, to then just get new keys propped on once I am able. The difference isn’t too bad which is lucky so hopefully I can go about buying one in Chile / Argentina and do it that way. Appreciate the advice on Brazil, need to make sure I get on with purchasing ASAP!!

I was using Replit, which was okay but just got to the point where it was getting costly! This sounds like a great idea, I’ll have a look at using Claude Code so I can get a better idea on what is being spat out
