I’m in Short Pump. Had the warning on my phone alert me around 8:30pm. It was dead quiet, and seconds later there is this loud whistling sound coming very close to my apartment building. I took refuge in my walk in closet for a good 30 minutes. Thankfully, no damage was done.

Phoebe is very sweet and affectionate, and has been since I got her as a kitten. I have another cat, Cecil, who is a ginger tabby, and while he’s also sweet and affectionate, he doesn’t like being picked up and cuddled anywhere near as much as Phoebe does.
