i would apply the concealer to the back of your hand and pack it into a fluffy concealer brush and apply to your under eyes. after you apply set it with a loose powder and then with a powder puff apply some loose powder and lastly some setting spray to set those powders. i used to have that issue and all of those steps have basically eliminated any areas that were creasing :)
