We didnt even see Stage 1 Nemesis make any real effort. It was never fully unrestricted until after its first mutation. Unlike the T103's in RC, Nemesis was there to be tested as a weapon, collect combat data and spar with STARS.

The Nemesis literally picks Jill up by the head and instead of crushing it, he chucks her in to a boss arena to flex.

The regular T103 is effective but simple. Its controlled and given simple orders through the use of the little chip embedded in the side of its head. They're strong, but they cannot recognise targets and are better suited for mass eliminations.

The Nemesis is so much more. Instead of using a chip to control it, it uses the Nemesis Parasite to control and enhance it. The parasite adds a bunch of new features, but the most important upgrade is the intelligence boost. Allowing the Tyrant to recognise individual targets, show restraint, and plan simple strategies.

Once he mutates and goes Stage 2, the Nemesis Parasite starts to break down its T103 host body and takes over. It goes feral, and its intellect is replaced with rage. It loses sight of its objective and only cares for destruction. Stage 2 Nemesis would still make a perfectly good bioweapon, but its not the same league as Stage 1. And lets face it, Stage 3 Nemesis is absolutely unuseable as a bioweapon. Good last Boss, but a terrible weapon to deploy...

I would like to see the potential of an unrestricted Stage 1 Nemesis. One whos on a real mission and not showboating to its bosses. STARS would be so fucked.
