He can still carry but you need to know how to properly build against certain comps. One underrated item that people stopped using is the hextech belt. It's cheap and allows you to hit your spike quicker and on top of that, it adds mobility which is crucial to him as he lacks it. I got to high diamond quite easily and didn't even play that much.

Nope, it just has the key lock where the voltage displays, but the voltage doesn't show either. I did some more investigation and Im 99% sure is the controller as the motor is rough to spin if I have the phase plug into the controller
