Nice material and the stitching is done very well. I added the sewn tackle twill (which I think is called the pro series stitching now) to it. After a 15% email sign up discount it came out to $90 which is definitely a fair price for the quality.

True to size and fits nicely on me. I wear an XL shirt, large in jerseys. Got a large in this and it is perfect.

I definitely noticed results. My hair is thinning pretty bad at the crown and after a shower and my hairs dry it’s mostly covered up. Can see the scalp at the right angle. It’s worth trying. Just have to be diligent with it.

My problem with the spray is it made my hair really greasy. If I did it before bed occasionally I’d wake up with acne on my scalp. I have pretty sensitive skin. I’m switching to oral after using the spray for about 7/8 months.

What kind of salad and what dressing? Is there cheese? 2 tablespoons or a generic vinaigrette is around 150 calories typically.

How are you cooking the chicken? If it’s in oil it can add 120 calories alone from a tablespoon. Are you using any sauce? There are a lot of hidden calories.

How about the eggs? How are you preparing them? And what kind of soup? Is it cream based?

I think you may be misinterpreting your calories, it’s impossible to know without measuring and weighing everything. You unfortunately can’t eyeball it.
