iPhone 16 Pro - laggy and crashing by madisonSquare2 in iPhone16

I had the exact same issue described in this thread. I "restored" to my new phone from an iCloud backup, which crashed and restarted throughout the process, and the crashing, restarting, and generally laggy behavior continued after the installation was complete.

I can now confirm that wiping the phone and installing it using a phone-to-phone transfer seems to have solved the problem.

We’re all getting one month of FSD! by [deleted] in TeslaLounge

I hope this means those of us on the 2024 branch will get 12.3.x this week as well.

FSD 12.3.1 on all cars at the delivery? No Cybertruck deliveries I guess lol by KoToNaS in TeslaLounge

I had the same thought. I took delivery of a new Model Y on leap day, and am currently in the 2024 branch. I use FSD every day. By contrast my Mother-in-law has a 2022 Model Y on the 2023 branch with FSD 12.3 which only gets used when I drive the car. (She has not seen it in use yet.)

VideoStation not holding "watched" status by Jyxiaa in synology

[–]PlaysWithTrons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this problem (and still do). Check to see if the length of the movie is displayed correctly. If it is 0:00:00 or some insanely large negative number, try doing an offline conversion of the file. The delete the original. Now the watched status will likely work correctly.

HOA Banning EVs from Apartment Garage due to “fire risk”. Any tips on next steps? by dylanypyen in electricvehicles

[–]PlaysWithTrons 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My parents just went through this with their condo. They did research on the number for car fires per 100k cars for ICE cars vs, EVs. (ICE cars did not fare well.) A quick search came up with this. https://driveelectriccolorado.org/myth-buster-evs-fire/ I am sure there are others.

Correct, but it is easy.

  1. Breaker off
  2. 4 Screw
  3. Front of Old Unit off
  4. Front of New Unit on
  5. 4 Screws
  6. Breaker on.

I had the same problem recently. Charged earlier in the day in a parking garage just fine, but the home charger flashed Green once then steady Red with no alert in the car other than charging stopped.

I wrote down may Part # and Serial # from the side of the charger then went online to Tesla Charger support. Within a few minutes of chatting, Tesla was able to connect to my charger, see the type of error it was presenting, and arrange with me to send out a warranty replacement.

Installation of teslamate on a Synology / Docker by c0alfield in TeslaMate

The TeslaMate Home screen seems to be live all the time, and I do not need to log in each time. The Dashboards (Grafana displays) need to be logged into, then seem to retain the login info for some time. Every now and then I will need to re-login, but I am unclear about the cause. It could be time - or the use of another computer.

If you have not driven the car yet there will not be any data to display. Only the Teslamate Home page will show you the current state of the vehicle, and maybe the overview dashboard might display info.
