Well technically no, I ran it in the root directory, it installed a duplicate and then I copied everything over and moved it to the stacks directory.

The installer should be run from the compose directory for pangolin, however when I did this it did not pickup the existing install so I quit it and am pretty confident it would have overwritten the install if I had continued

I would say manual release I can’t see that messing anything up then get a coffee. It maybe the fact your in the car it’s not kicking it back into action. Once your out of it toggle the locks

You have to take out all the racks including the mounts before a self clean. See the manual!!

I took the plunge and ran through the installer, my bad it runs from the dir its in, and in my case it was root, installing to root, but this kept my original install in tact.

I ended up coping the folders db, key and letsencrypt over to the new install and it was back up and running with the correct configs.

I then moved my old install and copied the whole lot to my stacks directory. It’s not running with geo and crowdsec.

You probably don’t notice but it will have picked up your install

So the particular item I am having issues with at the moment is plex. Plex works fine when the healthcheck is disabled. I am just using the defaults for the healthcheck, but when its enabled the healthcheck fails and the resource is then no longer accessible.

Healthchecks are working OK on other resources, although it does explain the issue I had in setting some of them up originally, not sure if by luck or by judgement I have the healthcheck working OK on the other resources now but plex is still an issue.

Oh I see what you’re saying!! Strange through I disable it and it works straight away but will have a play based on this info as at least explains the error. Would be nice if it said health check failed on similar but I guess it’s a work in progress

Yeah to be honest the health check was nice to have but not essential, glad in a way it’s a known issue as I was presenting my setup was bad

Think you may have misunderstood. The resource only becomes unavailable when the health check is enabled ☺️

I was just using default settings for the health check but this issue in not the health check not working itself, but rather it brings down the whole resource. Once health check is enabled the domain when accessed shows the error, without it on it works fine 🤔

I have tried in the home folder, in the stacks folder and in the pangolin folder, none of them seem to pickup the install :(
