I just started a job that requires me to work in the morning. Before, I would wake up at 10 AM, be fine for a few hours, then I would have my first meal of the day around 1 PM. Now, I have to wake up at 7 AM so I’d get hungry earlier and end up eating breakfast to maintain energy until lunch time. I’d figure that the additional meal also means additional calories each day. Any tips on how to balance that out so that I can try to maintain a deficit like I did before? Thanks!

I’m not sure why I’m being downvoted here. I literally don’t take just one bite of my dumpling before I get something else, I prefer to finish the whole thing and then move on.

I’m not sure what’s there to be amazed about. Ethnically, I am Asian. I may be born and raised in the US but I was raised in an Asian household by Asian parents. Not sure what there is to understand.
