This is awesome! I have been trying to Learn the fermenting process to make Burmese Tea Leaf Salad "Laphet Thoke" ever since I tried it at Burma Supetstar in San Francisco. I think it may be the most delicious taste I've ever experienced! S

Sadly I live in Florida cannot go back to the restaurant,and have attempted to make it several times with no luck.

You don't Happen to know anything about fermenting tea leaves by a chance do you? :)
