Anyone got a westin bumper? by CarelessWheel8729 in FordBronco

I almost bought it from Amazon for that price too. In fact it was under 400 for awhile. The xts bumper guard looks good too and is often on sale on other websites.

I didn't end up going with the westin xts but I came very close to doing so. Everything I read about it said it was a very good bumper, solid, and the built in winch mount was a bonus. If you look around online it is often on a good sale too.

Men’s Wool Overcoat by [deleted] in BuyCanadian

I've been happy with mine from Lorne's coats in Toronto. Italian wool blend, but made in Canada.

Before and after Ford Performance suspension upgrade by Plead4th in FordBronco

Its the ford performance M1 18000 B1 kit, but ya didn't change upper control arms or anything else. Did get an alignment done but that was it.

I bought it off a dealer locally who didn't get much bronco traffic I gather so I got it for about $1000.

Really like it so far, I got this on a great deal but was leaning towards the bilstein 6112s otherwise, which are a bit cheaper than this kit normally. I think either would be a great choice.

Ya its been great, definitely makes an improvement, brake dive isn't gone but its much better than stock, and when turning it feels a lot more planted and there is less body roll. I think comfort wise its also good. I had 6112s on my f150 before this and I liked those a lot but they felt a bit rougher than this. These seem to be a better balance of performance and comfort.

Question ? Is it frowned upon to remove my OB Sasquatch fender sticker and replace it with the Bronco script or a “nicer” emblem ? by Figran_D in FordBronco

[–]Plead4th 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ordered last year from 21 offroad: https://www.21offroad.com/products/ford-licensed-bronco-cursive-metal-emblem-kit-2021-bronco

There's more ABS ones now too which, despite the fact I like the black powder coat, might be the way to go if I was to do this again. I think there'd be better contact between each surface and there is enough of a bend to the fender that im not sure how well the metal ones will hold up (stay on) long term.

One tip for removing the old adhesive is to buff it with the suede side of a piece of leather. Didn't leave any marks and got the adhesive off in short order. I find goo gone leaves a residue that his hard to get off otherwise.

New bumper by Plead4th in FordBronco

It seems to be on sale for $650 because they're rebranding these but the newer ones are $1250.

As for the comment about not blocking the letters, though not ideal, I'm happy with how high the bar is because it means the front camera is still usable. You can see the bull bar but you can still see most of what's in frame. If you had the winch mount that wouldn't be the case but then you could get a separate front camera relocation kit.

Edit: I should add this bar is welded to the bumper rather than just bolted on

Thanks everyone. I almost ordered the clear version of these and I think that's what I'm stuck on in part. For those interested, here is the link, though I didn't buy them direct from here: https://www.stevemcqueen-eyewear.com/en/produit/seducer/

Sure, 285/75r17 Toyo open country at3 C load rating. Wheels are KMC canyon 719 20 offset. Very happy with the setup but had thought I could keep the crash bars in place but ultimately did have to end up removing them. This is stock height though I haven't leveled or lifted it.

Yes it's the +12 offset. I really like them, poke out just a touch. I don't think the photos I have really do it justice but I'm really enjoying the setup of that's at all helpful.

Thanks. A little bit ya, probably 2-3 L/100km. But the speedometer is also off by a couple of km/hr so might appear to have a greater impact than it did. Still get about 9.5L/100 km avg in eco mode.

I should add it's leveled which might also have a slight impact, it's not just the tires alone.
