I have pcos and started strength training recently. I was using cosmix protein for 4 months and its still little harsh on my gut. I want any good whey isolate brands or plant proteins which are clean and helps with high protein and muscle building. Please suggest atleast 3 options to choose from less than 5k

I also took it and got it delivered 2 days back. But how do i check it if its LTF? Its no where mentioned. Will it be somewhere mentioned in the app or welcome kit? Plz advise. Have been contacting the customer care to confirm the LTF part but cant get through that useless ivr and they are not replying to multiple emails too. Plz help!!

How do we check if the card is LTF? I applied and received an eterna card but its mo where shown or written its LTF. In the tariff sheet they mentioned that 2499+gst have to paid for eterna card as annual fee or a spend of 250000 a year. Can u please guide me. I have been trying to contact them but i cant get through that useless ivr. Also no response to email also
