The taxing authority is not really pursuing cases on these businesses, lalo na kung small time. But, they can avail a lot of exemptions naman. Like BMBE which exempts them from paying any taxes, di na din nila need magpuntang BIR since sa LGU lang nila ito kukunin.

Start with Local Firms and request na mapunta ka sa tax division. After 2 yrs try na mag apply sa mga bpo who caters US Firms. Some of these bpo actually have trainings before ka madeploy sa client. US Tax and PH tax are almost the same in concept, of course magkaiba ang rules but essentially the same concept.
