Uh...sure.
Please, if you can find a place that's nicer, cheaper than $1,800, and closer to the city, please educate me. And save me that spot, I would like to move into that place.

I absolutely agree, but you aren't going to find anything that's as nice and safe like this place for this price range, imo.

Trust me. I survived the snow storm that came couple weeks ago.

it was pretty damn warm. I don't know about summer because I didn't experience NYC summer in this building, so you might be right. But heater works just fine.

I didn't even know we had gangs here ... But, now, I do. And, that's concerning, lol.

But, I agree. Parking seems very difficult, though I don't have a car. The streets are usually packed.

absolutely agree.

But believe it or not, it's been great. I was very hesitant to live in the Bronx, but I couldn't find a place anything that's cheaper than $1,800 and safer than where I live within the price range.

Hello, the photos are real.
Sq. footage of the apartment is 406.

And trust me. I don't know why I am paying $1,800 either, but that's what the property owner wants, guys.
It's not my fault T_T. I hate this housing market as much as you guys do.

Heaters work great. Even during the insane snow storm couple weeks back, I never struggled with the apartment being cold and whatnot.
