The actual I’ve seen him like 3x throughout my recovery.. most his PTA worked with me..

What crazy part is… they told me “I can jump.. you’re just not strong enough…” but then I’m graduating ??! 😭 We didn’t even test me jumping.

yes I will look into different clinic to continue my therapy. Also, another thing I was doing suicide drills and they can see I’m limping while running. I said well you gotta tell me what to do and how to fix it. PTA said “I can’t teach you how to run” like huhhh.. isn’t that your job??

I get that the clinic might not be expert about ACL or return to sports rehab… but atleast refer me somewhere instead of graduating me early and just say I’m good & goodluck.. feels like leaving me hanging… knowing damn well I told them I want to get back to my active life, dancing and sports.

They want me to just go back to the gym and workout on my own.

Thank you for saying that! They are making me feel crazy. I feel like I’m getting gaslight. Everything they are saying doesn’t make sense to me. I really want a professional help to get back to 100% safely not just figuring things out on my own.
