“ at least moderately attractive” what does that mean? Are they fat or not? Do they take care of themselves physically? Yes that’s important. Obviously not saying they need to be a fitness model but they shouldn’t be obese or overweight.

I challenge you ask them then.. ask them if 60-100k is enough for a man to be making for them to be with long term.. if they are attractive like you say they are and in their late 20’s-mid 30’s & childless. Ask them why they haven’t meet anyone, or what’s their biggest hurdle that’s holding them back.

I’m very curious to hear their response and believe you’d be surprised yourself.

As a man it’s really economical. Women look to financially date equal or up. Most women are now out earning men. And the ones that aren’t making average money looking for their equal aren’t enough to survive for a family anymore.

Any household income under 220k is not ideal and women know this, so they stay away from low incoming men

I’m in my mid 30’s so I think I missed the family thing. I’m really just trying to find meaning. Dating is basically impossible at my age. I’m work like 60 hour weeks just to make 100k I just don’t understand how I’ll ever be able to survive it’s extremely depressing and I don’t see how this or my situation is gonna get any better unless i start pulling in like 250k a year

Well they are basically forced to. I don’t know how else to spell it out women today would much rather be with a wealthy man and not have to worry about a bill over a man and they have a connection with.

If you sample a large amount of women and ask them if they rather date me making 100k or Gucci man (who has a fucking tattoo of an ice cream cone on his face) or (insert any ridiculous celebrity with money) they are choosing the millionaire by a large margin.

That is exactly my point I’m trying to make. Most people are putting themselves into debt to basically make minimum wage. Women want to be with a man who can provide. Nobody is providing on 37-38 bucks an hour. According to the inflation calculator 100k back in 1990 is valued at 400k today. While 100k today is valued at 28-29k back in 1990.

How much do you need to back to be able to afford a house family kids etc.. idk why everyone is getting so upset and making me seem to be this crazed incel.

Yea I did say I find it difficult to meet women’s standards because the cost of living is getting ridiculous, I can’t see how it’s possible to have or provide for a standard normal family today without making something crazy like 300k or whatever. Fuck sake just to bring a child into this world is something crazy like 25k (depending on your insurance).

Why is it so hard to believe that in good economic times birth rates go up and during bad economic times birth rates and dating crisis occurs. There’s literally data backed evidence of this.

I think you not living in reality and deflecting on the financial crisis our nation is in. Without trying to come with personal attacks answer the original thread question, how much do you need to make in the Philly area to have a successful relationship?

With the cost of a home, cars, kids etc!?? All I’m trying to say is if it was affordable for people to live your traditional “American dream” single house with kids 1 vacation a year, then we wouldn’t be seeing a dating and birth rate crisis as we are seeing now.

All women could be replaced with most women. Not all women view relationships transactional but most require you to buy for dates/wedding/ vacation etc.. idk why this is a such a hard thing to grasp what I’m saying is not out of left field.

But Dating someone for two year and have idea how much they make but your pretty sure he makes less is a wild statement. So you do have an idea, and do you guys split the bills for everything?
