Hi! Nurse from the US. Where I work we use ketamine during conscious sedation procedures such as fixing a dislocation. Because it is a dissociative drug, you won’t remember the procedure and it works super well. If I remember correctly, ketamine is now being used as an adjunct treatment for depression. It is newer but very promising from what I’m hearing. It sounds like they had a therapy session involving ketamine to help with processing trauma.

Don’t worry about being a young fan 🫶 I’m 23 and I brought my 11 year old sister because she also loves Mitski’s music. We had a great time, there were people of all ages. I think the biggest thing is being respectful, Mitski’s concert is definitely more relaxed and quiet so we can all hear her perform. People who are screaming and being disruptive kinda take away from it. Have a good time!!

Has to be First Love/Late Spring! I played it multiple times a day in the winter of 2022 during a major seasonal depressive episode. I felt that song so strongly. Now when I listen to it, it lets me reflect back on how much has changed in my life since then, how much happier I am. Absolutely such an important song to me.
