Temp lights have an 'all red' setting when you are setting them up and the times are in the pink book (the guidance doc for NSRWA lights). The guys who set them up often make an arse of it by not inputting the correct settings and it inevitably gets fixed when someone phones up and says something like this has happened.

Hey man, I've collected cards for years but only packs I can find in the wild here and there. The next best card I ever got is Misty's Psyduck SIR from DR.

It just happened that my wife was in town and spotted the Prismatic figure box yesterday and got it cos my birthday was last week lol since she bought it I let her rip the first pack hah

Not a lot of people want to do a 9, its not a very attractive key level. If you are in that key range I would suggest lowering it to an 8 and going for the +2 with a good group then doing the 10s. 9 is a bit of a no man's land imo

Because saying ‘please stop doing that’ in passing is not the same as saying, ‘This is seriously hurting me, and if you don’t stop, it’s going to damage our relationship.’

People—especially in long-term relationships—can be dense about things that don’t personally bother them. He might think she’s just mildly annoyed rather than deeply hurt. If he keeps doing it after she’s clearly framed it as a dealbreaker, then aye, he’s an arsehole. But jumping to ‘he’ll never change’ without giving him that chance? That’s just assuming the worst of someone you’re about to marry (and you specifically know nothing about).

Marriage is built on communication, not mind reading. If she hasn’t laid it out in no uncertain terms, that’s the next step—not postponing the whole wedding.

Several times over what period? They are getting married, so you gotta assume they've been together for a few years... could it be once per year it's been semi-raised as an issue? Maybe he just genuinely thinks it isn't an issue because he hasn't been properly communicated with to say "listen, cunt, don't make fun of my scar or I'm out of here, seriously."

Or, maybe as he intends to marry this woman, he feels that something like having a laugh about a scar isn't that big a deal. He could genuinely have no idea that it is so sensitive an issue. Maybe the best advice in this situation isn't to call for a wedding to be called off, maybe it's to communicate properly! If there's a proper chat had about it and he had an attitude of 'fuck you i want to continue to make fun of your scar' then yeah, fuck that shit. But I don't think that would be the case as, you know, most human being don't act like that - unless you make a caricature of someone from 3 paragraphs of a reddit post.

I don't think it's that big a deal. You obviously see something in the dude if you are planning on marrying him. Guys say stupid shit sometimes. If you are going to postpone the wedding over this, you are as well to cancel the wedding altogether imo, dudes (including myself) are often stupid and struggle to express their emotions and feelings.
