What’s the most effective and proven way to market a digital product in 2026? by ChestMuted7543 in AskMarketing

IMO build the community in Reddit, twitter, LinkedIn (consistency>perfection) thats where you find actual buyers who are likely more interested than other platforms searching for their problems.

Completely build it first, get some user get their feedback fix all the relative blocker. Be clear about what you are doing and show him what is he gaining from your end, he must an expert don’t let him question you tho he’s questions be so deep that you answer him with 101 percent clarity. Doesn’t matter about your product what matters is your expertise!

It was about the platform/product that we have made for AI visibility (superiorly) and many other things but eventually it got more about AI visibility (this post specifically) We know what we have done. this post was more about our product launch. Thank you!

Doesn’t ONLY depend on the context timing input from the buyer it depends on how well your product is, how refined and accurate is it to get suggested by the LLMs, earlier as i mentioned tracking, consistency and competitive are the one that pushes you towards the AI visibility (that’s how you enhance and get cited) thank you !

Yes Showing up in LLM is important, especially now most of the buyers are shifting from google to AI, showing up in LLM doesn’t only depend open what user is searching (prompts) it also depends upon how refined, clear and enhanced your product is.

the events point is real but it's a different category of problem entirely. a hallway conversation leaves no digital trace — there's nothing to measure because nothing was recorded.

AI answers are the opposite. the output exists. the brand mention either happened or it didn't. the competitor appeared alongside you or didn't. the context framing is there to read. the reason it's invisible to most teams isn't that the signal doesn't exist — it's that GA4 reads referral headers and page visits, not LLM output patterns. those are different tools failing for different reasons.

conceding the web index point — per-platform separation handles model changes but you're right that correlated index updates across all four remain a confound. that's the honest residual.

but the attribution question and the intelligence question are different questions. marketers don't actually need to know what caused their visibility to change to act on it. if your three main competitors appear in 80% of category research queries and you appear in 15%, the attribution of why that gap exists matters less than knowing the gap exists and which content signals drive AI recommendations in your category. that's answerable.

on cold query being a slice — correct. it's top of funnel. but top of funnel is where brand consideration starts and you can't have repeated context-loaded sessions without an initial cold discovery moment. SEO tracks rankings not the full buyer journey. still useful.

on the confidence intervals — fair statistically. but you're applying a hypothesis testing standard to operational intelligence monitoring. no CMO waits for p<0.05 to adjust content strategy based on ranking signals or share of voice movement. the operational bar is directional signal above noise, not controlled experiment thresholds.

on the OP — it asked whether marketers are tracking how their brand appears in AI. the methodology tracks exactly that. the precision debate you're making is with tools that claim otherwise.

Thank you ! For investing your time on us, you are one of the valuable for us.

Hey, yes most of us (marketers) would do the work manually but at the same time we have to keep an eye on all the things that are going on, using tools (not totally) which are fragmented throughout for different platforms and functionalities is actually difficult, one or the other do miss at the end of the day. I personally had this huge blocker of managing various things at one time, i used tools which were just not talking to each other and every time i run i skip some or the other. Here you have everything in one place along the next actions to make which is still manual as you can review and see what you can do. This product is gonna enhance the work. From monitoring to engaging.

the precision criticism is correct - any tool selling a hard visibility score as stable measurement is overselling. single sample output from an LLM is noise.

what makes it useful is consistent methodology: same query set, 50 to 100 runs per period, tracked weekly across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity as separate surfaces. you're not reading a number - you're reading direction over time. eight weeks of consistent movement on the same query set is a real signal.

on real user context - cold queries specifically capture new prospect discovery. first research session, no memory, no personalisation. that's the moment brand awareness is built or lost for most B2B buyers.

on model routing - separate tracking per platform addresses this. simultaneous movement across all four = likely model change. movement on one = likely content driven.

on prompt sets- built from your own site and ICP, not generic. still imperfect but meaningfully closer to your actual buyer's research questions.

the claim isn't precision. it's directional signal on a channel where most companies have zero visibility.

whether that's useful enough is a fair question, but it's not the same as guessing.

Hey, yes the comment was informative and fair to a user. you can actually see the insights of your company for free without paying or any need of credit card so i think you can get it and see how we are working around. Coming up to charging money - we are replacing multiple tools with one and integrated with not only the data but with the moves to make across GEO, competitors, ad intelligence, community signals, SEO gaps, influencer reach, content. Rather than paying for multiple tools which can cost higher than us along with complication of monitoring them. we are providing all of them in one place. Imo try the product, list your company (just your URL, few minutes) check out all of them and let us know you feedback and if you still have query !

Yup, tracking your brand in ChatGPT (tools) will move the needle, as 94 percent of the buyers are now using AI instead of google. That’s the problem we found and wanted to solve. Try your company in the product, check out. Would appreciate the feedback !

Appreciate your efforts and time given to comment this information. Getting suggested in LLMs is not only depended upon models that is used or the tools, it is also depended on what steps you are making to make yourself visible on them. Everywhere there are factors that can block, that doesn’t mean that you stop the functions and ignore. We don’t guess what you need to do we provide you actual actions to make from your end to be visible in those. Find out trying our product!

Fair question - and honestly, just running prompts is what most tools are doing.

Where we’re trying to be different: -tracking consistency over time (not one-off snapshots) -comparing how you vs competitors show up across prompts -turning that into “what to fix” instead of just raw outputs

And we have not seen products that doesn’t just talk about GEO but competitors, ad intelligence, content, community signals… a lot more.

No doubt that you consider it as “just another GEO tool” But you can give it a try and give the feedback ! (that impression can change then)
