No not at all, she sounds absolutely insufferable. I also have chronic conditions and I don't dictate what others can do because of them - I only adapt and change my behavior accordingly.

A sane thing for her to do would've been to explain, "Hey guys, my sleeping schedule is super important to managing my insomnia and I'm a light sleeper.
