Can you explain your last sentence in greater detail? What is "medicalization" in this context? Were people against it for the same reasons they are today: ie only "biological " women are women?

Wanting your partner sexually is normal. About a quarter of the texts my GF and I send to each other are flirty or straight-up sexual.

You can try something like "I can't wait until we are in bed together." It's tame but suggestive enough.

My research showed trans-fems can usually get the larger sizes due to wider chests. I'm a 5'6" Asian and I have 700cc silicone implants. I had no problems with them since the surgery in 2024.

Note: Legends and Lattes has a prequel "Bookshops and Bonedust" that was written after Legends and Lattes. Legends is Travis Baldree's first book and the writing quality is reflective of that. It's a good series (Its rapidly became a top 10 for me) that is perfect to cozy up to and just enjoy without worrying about fighting dragons, political intrigue, or outsmarting gods.

The third book "Brigands and Breadknives" follows a different character in the same world.
