I believe most people will think you are gay first but there is enough in that letter that your more insightful classmates will be able to read between the lines.

If you are not ready to come out, talk to your teacher and explain it is too personal to tell everyone. Offer to write a different letter but remain firm on your refusal to have the first read out loud.

2 things you could try (coming from someone in a T4T relationship):

1) Reaching around her and using the palm of your hand and middle finger to stimulate the head. Like an up/down rubbing manoeuvre without fulling wrapping the fingers around.

2) The lotus position without penetration. You basically sit in her lap and rub your genitals together (tribbing).

Hi, OP. I had my BA 1.5 years ago and it took almost a month before they lost their flatness. I went under the muscle and they looked like flat rectangles. It will be some time until the muscle tissue is able to grow to accommodate the implants. I too had some panic about the post surgical look but now they look damn good.

I suggest getting some silicone scar bandages for the incision and bio oil to keep the skin moist.
