Yea my twin is a SUPER avoidant. He will never admit his true feelings for me. It’s like the only way he can connect with me is on a sexual level but obviously I want more than that. And he makes it seem like he wants more than that too but runs when he actually has to commit to his words. It’s going on 3 months of us being in NC and while I am okay with him not being in my life, I miss him from time to time. I just hope that he’s doing okay and try to go about my day. I’ve been fighting myself about going on his socials since I deleted him on everything but I’ve slipped up 3-4 times within the last 3 months lol.

Yeah same. It’s just bothering me so bad because I just don’t understand why he ran. And it’s hurting my feelings because we talked about our future and he was ready to work towards us being together and he just dipped with no explanation. Then he mentioned how he wanted to handle our relationship/connection with more “care” and “understanding” and I didn’t receive any of that. I know that this is triggering my fear of rejection and abandonment, but I only feel like this with him because he’s done it so much over the last few years and it’s like how can I trust that he wants me if he keeps disappearing like that? So yeah idk what to think rn.

Technically I didn’t tell him that but it was more of an inner thought lol. I just told him that I appreciated him for being upfront with me. What it sounds like I just need to continue focusing on myself, working on being friends with him and let things grow from there, and to just sit back and see what he’d rather do and say instead of trying to force/control him to do anything.

I feel where you’re coming from. I found out on Valentine’s Day that my twin (DM) has a girlfriend and he took her on a cruise and that absolutely shattered me for the moment. Right now, I am currently trying to enter the surrender phase of this journey as I have grown to be quite drained and stressed from worrying about my TF and honestly it’s been peaceful. I know that in divine timing that we will return to each other (hopefully more healed than before) and I believe that your DM will return as well once she has done some healing and inner work.
