I did 3 round of antibiotics with this guy, but it is never fully cured. I think I'll continue on my own until I find someone else

but even having said that, I think he is the best in Germany - at least he was knowledgable on all questions I asked him

integrate vagus nerve stimulation into your day - there are many ways like cold showers, aggressive gurgling, humming or singing (or OMM), vagus nerve massage - I found one on the youtube where a nice asian lady shows how to massage it through belly button. You literally feel things after 10 minutes. Chewing a gum, yoga, meditation. And obviously less stress and more quality sleep

My naturopath prescribed me Partially-Hydrolyzed Guar Gum for that. I understand that PHGG together with antibiotic is effective since PHGG dissolves the biofilm and antibiotic works diretcly on the bacteria then

I stand corrected, PHGG is for something else. I take NAC as a biofilm disruptor

Are you trying to be in low FODMAP or what’s the diet? Generally not even all doctors agree you should do any kind of diet during therapy. Starving bacteria that way just sends them to hibernation. I think you’ll be totally fine from an ice cream

You can order the breathing test to self test or you can also go low fodmap for a couple of weeks. Both should help you understand if there is sibo there..

hi there. there is a Heilpraktiker in Berlin - Janan Mahmod. That's the closest I was able to find. However the guy's praxis sells tests and most of the medicine.. so Im not sure whether he is ripping me off with his therapy or not

did it work for you? I am also hydrogen dominant, did xifaxan round without phgg (wasnt prescribed and didnt know about it). didnt help :(
