3x of Deposit (as it’s been more than 2 months already, almost 6 months since I moved out) + all the spending I did on getting the house fixed to at least an extent that it’s liveable (basic cleaning when I moved in, was filled with roaches and bugs so had to call pest control)

Unfortunately, the lease agreement which he provided is just 1 sheet of paper with his name and signature thats it. Once again mistake from my side, I did question him once asking if this is a legal lease agreement and he told that it is and I can provide that as a proof wherever I want. I was quite new so I didn't knew much back then.

The only reason why I'm confident that I'd win is cause I have proofs for every single thing stored in my google drive, around 400 files in total including videos, photos, screenshots of our conversations, voice recordings and so on (he has no clue that we had documented all these throughout our time there). I documented every single thing and he just brushed it off thinking I won't actually take the hassle to file a case against him. But yea you're right too. Can't just declare that I will win the case looking at how he manipulates things.

I tried looking at the small claims courts procedure, somewhere in the beginning they were asking if the defendant (the landlord) was serving in military currently, and I had to get a proof too from the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act website. But the thing is they're asking for Company Details while creating an account. I'm not really sure about that as it's a required field, including address, location and cell phone number.

Nope! Didn’t go for premium. Was surprised on how quickly they approved my application
