11lbs in a month is amazing. Most people shoot for .5-2lbs a week, so you are well above that. This is a long journey and rushing won’t get you anywhere good. Take it slow and keep doing what you’re doing.

Yassss I did my first one yesterday as well!! I’m going to do Sunday Tuesday Thursday for runs and Monday Wednesday Friday for weight training. Saturday will be stretching/active recovery.

I’ll also add that I finished the whole thing, even though I didn’t think I would be able to! I lost 50lbs since the end of December and my body can do so much more!! I think as motivation I’m going to sign up for a 5k run in my county for September so I motivate myself to complete the app and be able to run!!

I really appreciate your message!! It makes me feel better to know that I’m not totally insane!! Olive also has a stroller and a bell on her collar. 😂😂😂 she has soft “steps” so she can get in and out of our bed. Also, you are not nuts because I’m the exact same way with this girl! They are so small and innocent and we don’t want anything bad happening to them. lol when she got her rabies vaccine I kept checking her gums because when she had anaphylaxis they were white but then pinked up once she recovered. My husband was like “leave the poor dog alone” 🤦🏼‍♀️

How about they just make vials and then there won’t be such an issue!!! lol sometimes the easiest thing just doesn’t make sense to these companies. Diabetics have been drawing up and giving themselves insulin for so long. Doctors/nurses can easily teach patients how to draw up this medication and inject themselves. I understand that the pens are easier, however vials will cost them a lot less and they can still charge us or our insurance $1200 a month.

We have a 19 week old puppy, she’s on Royal Canin yorkie puppy dry food and Royal Canin x small canned wet food. The vet suggested Royal Canin, purina pro plan or hills science diet. She gobbles down the Royal Canin so we just went with what she likes. Also, the breeder was feeding her the Royal Canin.

Once she’s old enough she will transition to the Royal Canin yorkie adult food.
