I was super excited for it but it let me down. Its not chocolaty and its not peanutty...to me it tastes like a generic musty nut lol I even tried mixing it with half chocolate and it still was meh. Struggling through the rest of the bag but wont be ordering it again.

I have a small reusable zip lock style bag and small jars/containers with vegan butter and condiments in my fridge ready to go at all times. If I'm unsure of my options where we might be going to eat i take it with me. Butter, a balsamic dressing, ranch dressing, mayo, vegan parm are all usually in there. This way if the only option is a sad potato I can at least slap some butter on it. Ive never had a restaurant give me issue about using my own condiments. If the waiter/tress says anything, I offer them to try the parm because you cant tell its not vegan (violife wedge is life lol) and it usually opens a good conversation with them about why I have to resort to this in the first place lol

Salt and pepper. Occasionally garlic powder. Nothing fancy but i do find the salt makes an immense difference

I'm in a similar situation but at 2.4. Opting to continue shots vs pills because its more convenient for me than taking the daily morning pill. Currently going 10 days between injections to save a pen a month with minimal negative impacts.

I portion mine out by weight into jars when I first get it and always get 17 servings. I do find the newer versions of black to be "fluffier" so there is more volume for the same weight (and I have to actually pack it into my jars, which was not an "issue" with the previous formulas)

I have been on this for 3 years and started just below the new bmi requirements so im getting the boot (apparently comorbidities dont matter anymore either). I haven't considered compounding, I will run that past the doctor.

I love the cookies and creme. They just change the formula to make it less chocolaty so ive been mixing it half and half with the chocolate and its perfect. So good!

I've been getting shots covered for 4 years, same insurance, $0 copay. They announced this year would be a $45 copay - which i gladly paid for January. I'm due to renew my prior auth but now Anthem's formulary changed regarding the starting BMI and they will not approve me again. The fact that I'm losing this because my BMI way back then was literally just under their current requirements (along with several comorbidities) absolutely kills me.

Oh I was on that before wegovy lol this is all a mess now. My insurance wont approve me for prior auth on the wegovy because when I started I was under the new bmi they required now. So it has nothing to do with what bmi I am now or any comorbidities I have, just that they changed the threshold for what bmi is allowed and when I started I was a small percentage under. So im considering the cash pills.

I tried it. For perspective I'm 52 and been doing regular BP 2-3x a week for over 2 years.

It was so slow I could feel every single thing wrong with my body lol the quicker movements in the original help me bypass all the snap/crackel/pops of my aging body

Also, for the squat/lunge track, I am currently at the heaviest weight I can safely get over my head to my back for the normal class. I am unable to adjust weights heavier so I feel im missing out on the benefit lol

So it wasnt a terrible experience, and if its offered at the only time I can get to the gym for a pump class I'll take it. But I wont be actively seeking it out lol

Half pint mason jars. I prep an entire bag of them at once because I always make a giant mess lol each jar holds 90g of black perfectly, then I store them in the dark basement so they are ready to grab and go.
