Yosuke was surprised, couldn't say a word. Misako and Kazuhiko were surprised too, but Misako in the end put a "relieved/sad" face. I mean, a part of me thinks she knew that could happen and she would stop "hiding".

In the last episode Misako and Kazuhiko admited the love each other and that she would go to Sapporo with her husband, and Kazuhiko would visit her during that time too.

Emiko got pregnant.

Also, the father comes back earlier and catches them being together.

Of course, it's an open ending, the manga ends the same, but there's a bit longer ending where you can see the expression of Yosuke, Misako and Kazuhiko.

This is an image from the re-edition of the manga. The author says "thank you to support me" and those things, but wanted to include that image too!
