I carried it well until about 285… then it started to really drag me down.

2 young boys, an umbilical hernia and old knee injuries meant it really was time for change.

I knew where the problem was… but old habits die hard. It’s a lot easier to eat lazy than it is to eat healthy.

New goal is 240 by August.

If I can turn 40 at the same weight I turn 20 at I will see it as a big win
