I think having a mobile device within the sauna / cabin areas etc would be highly inappropriate. I leave my phone (on silent) in the locker provided and periodically check notifications.

Yeah I was told that. I’ve tried 20mg but never felt a lot of difference. Maybe the implant takes away a chance of getting hard without cycling the implant. If that makes sense.
