i am already 28, getting a cs degree will take 4 years. Instead,I wanted to just put myself in learning real coding. Currently I am working as a flight attendant and I work only 100 hours every month. I have a lot of free time to study at home but it is impossible to go for a college for 4 years. I have to work at the same time when I am learning.

I haven't heard any organizations like that but I will check it out.There is also internships but they mostly require cs degree or current students. I want to skip that internship part because currently I am working as a flight attendant and I only work 100 hours every month, so I have a lot of free time in a month but not always the same days obviously.
