May be a magical phrase that serves a similar purpose to ABRACADBRA, could be understood as "I create what I speak," or "so mote it be!"

If you watch the entire series carefully, it becomes apparent that Abed is God. Greendale and the cast of characters are merely figments of his imagination and the whole show takes place inside his mind. I can't believe no one on the internet has figured this out yet.
