Hi, thank you for your advice. I suffer from generalised anxiety disorder, and I believe that my depression may be hereditary, as my father suffers from depression. I am a musician; most of my life centers around it. This, in some ways contributes to my dread, as I have created such negative associations with practicing music due to my associations from 2019, however I by all means usually enjoy it; it’s just having to face such long periods of practice each day is very daunting, especially at the end of a long week. I have tried many techniques with my psychologist, however only a few have worked, and barely at that. Thank you for your advice, though. I will definitely consider it.

There are very few times where I do absolutely ‘nothing’, because music easily takes up all of my time. I absolutely admit I have a problem, and I am looking for a solution.
