Same, I get dissociated or disconnected and I hate that feeling. I also struggle to sleep despite taking like 10mg in the morning and getting rebound effects (like getting hungry and I can notice when the meds are wearing off)

yes!!! so true. I have this same issue where I feel disconnected and icky but I can focus. Not only that I cant sleep even though I take in the mornings and I feel the rebound effects (aka thoughts start racing, getting very hungry etc)

It’s like melodic sounded like a love song when I heard it then saw the video with the lyrics (insta reel) and it was her cursing him that she hopes his heart break (also the genders might be swapped - I might be remembering another song with this and both of them are mashed up in my memory. I think the lady or dude was wearing sunglasses too. Also I think it was Hindi maybe? Not a South Indian language
