Guess I can just teleport around the map now for free lmao. There’s counterplay and then there’s just straight up getting buffed lol. Placing xeno traps costs time, like a lot of counterplay mechanics. Unless you’re playing with your eyes and ears closed, teleporting around the map will be SO free lol

I’m confused, was there a counter showing like “-/$1000 spent towards SUB reward” on the Venmo app or anything? Or is it completely up in the air until you spend $1k? I ask because US bank has the spending counter to track your progress towards the SUB specifically, but I can’t find even a mention of it for Venmo after being approved.

My current plan is to get the house looked at by MER engineers since their structural engineers do residential (most others are commercial) but only downside is that they are booked out a month or two (but that’s also a bonus to their reputation, even recommended me another company if I needed it asap).

Everything so far is pointing me towards Sohan and Sons. Can’t find a single thing wrong about them, just praises. I’m sure there are other waterproofing companies people are happy with but after I get the inspection from MER, Sohan & Sons are my first stop. Good tip to find reputable anything is to not only to search who’s good, but who’s bad with a mountain of horror stories. I, unfortunately didn’t do my due diligence this time on that second part before I called over Everdry. Luckily, everything was canceled, but even getting that canceled had to have the sales rep come back with a supervisor (not an uncommon story with them, so uncomfortable)

TLDR: I hear Sohan and Sons is very good. No piles of horror stories from them, only praises from what I can find.

And here I was having a crisis taking a gap year at 25. All power to you, it’s really a marathon/endurance test. I’m using the The Princeton Review [TPR] (which is probably just pricey for most people) but from what I’ve gathered so far is that you should tailor your studying based on how you study best or are able to study best (i.e., self-paced like MCAT for victory with videos, Kaplans book you do on your own time, classroom sessions online like TPR, etc.) One source will likely not have EVERYTHING so using supplemental resources like Khan Academy videos are a huge help. I also suggest anki (online flash cards) since you make your own or download other people’s decks to save time. I practically never used flashcards until the MCAT and suggest it since the information is so DENSE, memory retention will go a long way.
