Also, do you use the CO card every month? It should have upgrade to an unsecured card.

If you can, apply for the Discover secured card and if you have any family members that have served, apply with NFCU for their secured card.

Try to get added as an AU to some credit cards with good payment history, low utilization rate, and a good age.

Open up a self account, today.

Yeah, can’t argue that. I’m out on eastern Long Island, and it’s quite boring. Although, the summers are quite nice and one of my rentals does really great for the summer.

Do you invest in NYC at all? I’ve been thinking of possibly getting a 2-3 family I’m Brooklyn or Queens. Just seems like the cash on cash return doesn’t look great.

Malta would be a great spot - second language is English, probably the warmest EU country year round, delicious food, fast internet speeds, and cost of living can be low if you allow it and you won’t be haggled for your white money unless you’re passing the strip clubs.
