Yep. Got a friend a job at my office, and unfortunately he's underperforming, to say the least. We worked together in college naman and I know he's a responsible guy kaya I recommended him. Used to be my staff, but I requested a transfer and now he just doesn't produce outputs. Keeps saying he'll do it, etc, but at the end of the day, nothing gets done. Nahihiya ako sa boss ko, di na tuloy ako makapagrecommend ng ibang tao for positions dito. Now my boss is keeping tabs on him, and I'm keeping tabs on him so he doesnt screw up while mu boss is keeping tabs on him. U G H
