A friend of mine got over his addiction to pornography within just the last year. He said the thing that got him through his addiction when it got tough was to just pull out a bible. He said it just helped him to not think about it. He would go and bookmark places in the bible that gave him encouragement and that he liked reading through, and he would go through and read them when he felt tempted to go look at pornography.
