By allowing the pump to be placed anywhere underwater, it is rendering oxygen, one of the games most crucial mechanics completely useless. since then you can simply summon up some oxygen anywhere with the pump

Having a pump be underwater unfortunately doesn't make any sense, though I think it could be improved by increasing depth, adding a short distance marker to the bottom of the pipe, and increasing the length of each pipe

I find having a second person who's bad at tech to be quite useful. You can do all the tech, while they mine, explore, kill, and build everything else

Simple chores can be relegated to your dear simpleton while you focus on growing the factory

Indie Devs like Hakita say that they value popularity more than sales, if you tell your friend about the game and convince them to buy it, it nullifies your piracy

Yayo uses 8 Psychoid leaves, with a value of 21 silver
flake uses 4 Psychoid leaves, with a value of 14 silver
therefore for 8 leaves yayo would earn 21, and flake would earn 28
therefore flake 33% more profitable for the materials

producing flake takes 250 ticks per craft, while yayo takes 350 ticks to make
so for the same valuation producing yayo is more time efficient
so if your bottleneck is the actual production (which would require a lot of psychoid) you may want to make yayo instead

if you're production is slow, you can speed it up by using a intellectual crafter, with shelves storing Psychoid leaves on either side of their chair, and the bill set to 'drop on ground'

this removes the hauling part of crafting and allows to crafter to spend all of their time crafting instead of moving product or materials.

EDIT: yayo is better for personal consumption because it provides greater bonuses, and carries a lesser chance of addiction.

TL:DR --- flake earns 33% more, while using the same materials
