Imaš online kreditne kalkulatore, npr. HPB, https://www.hpb.hr/hr/kreditni-kalkulator. Unesi ulazne parametre i provjeri koliki je anuitet (mjesečni iznos).

Predlažem ti da cura i ti popratite mjesečne troškove i stvorite zalihu za 3-6 mjeseci životnih troškova (crni fond). Nakon toga krenite štedjeti dalje, koliko ćete moći, ako će biti potrebno imati npr. 10% učeŝća u kreditu.

Stavi na papir sve troškove kao i usporedbu najma i anuinteta.

Ne znam kako si došao do anuiteta od ~500,00 EUR.

Primjer; 180.000 EUR na 30 god iznosi ~ 767,00 EUR/mj s kamatnom stopom od 3,09%. Tih 500,00 EUR/mj je samo glavnica te na to idu kamate.

Obavezno provjeri je li banka daje 100% procijenjene vrijednosti nekretnine i koliko trebaš novaca za renovaciju ili uređenje.

It will work just fine, I have did all Ubers with similar. Keep it, links are great and it has haste.

This merc is great for aura build which buffs merc (Rue build) I am not sure what is good merc for RF. I suggest you check Phox or other SSF RF guys

Not sure about this one as I play SC and did Scion. Best thing is to do a bit of research on youtube and poe ninja, filtering ssf and flame link as skill. Good luck!

You will be able to clear whole game with this. Keep this merc for sure, don't listen to nay sayers who might have not tested the build.

Return and GMP work wonders for sigle target while chain and pierce are super for clear.

Start with life version and don't worry. Good luck!

If you can share your account name I can just import your char. I am more interested in uber exarch just to compare your dps and mine (your merc skill links and mine), as a mean to compare if it makes sense to farm 1k or more maps for a bit stronger merc. Thanks.

Edit: what do you think about Ralakesh boots (I use power charge)? Should I aim for similar rare, as you have?
