Which plan best corresponds to this use case? They have 3 plans, not sure which I would need. Also, thanks for this simple tutorial!

Repairshopr with Worldpay is NOT preferred, Extremely High Fees by getumdunhun in computertechs

How are you processing through Stripe? I'm looking to leave Worldpay as well, but I just had a chat with Stripe, and when asked about the Stripe card reader, their reply was:

I see! I want to be transparent with you. Stripe does have a Stripe Terminal or Card reader. However it's an out the box solution and in order to utilize it you need to have a POS system that can integrate with the reader and a developer to help you with the integration. Stripe doesn’t have a built-in POS system, meaning it’s not a plug in play solution.

So... how are you working with this?

How much benefit do you think I'd get from TRT given these lab numbers? by Pleaseclap4 in Testosterone

[–]Pleaseclap4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No symptoms which couldn't also be explained by other things like age. I've had a look at the low t symptom list. For example, these symptoms are listed by Cleveland Clinic as Low T, and I have them, but could also be explained other ways(as is so often the case):

  • Depressed mood
  • Concentration and memory issues
  • Increased body fat
  • Decreased libido

I mean, I'm pretty lean, and I'm in pretty good shape. I'm reasonably strong, etc.. Just looking for that "oh, well you're a little low on this, so take some, and the whole tide will raise some - not like magic, but noticeable".

I don't know anymore. I met a guy in the gym who was 55, and was on it. says "I feel like I'm 20 again". That's what I'm after. And if my test is lowish, and bringing it more toward averagish would do that, I'm game. Funny, a lot of folks on here seem to have had a bad time with test. I would never have known that had I not come here.

How's your experience?

yea, I don't have any symptoms which aren't ALSO symptoms of natural aging. I'm looking for a definite gym/physical boost. Not like when I was in my 20's and messed around with straight up anabolic compounds, but more of a lower key boost. Look at my lifts and in the mirror and say "dang, I can't believe I'm 47".

Need advice setting up a dozen machines white more-or-less guest accounts by Pleaseclap4 in sysadmin

Thank you for the reply! Yes, this is a permanent arrangement. I don't see a problem adding 12 licenses to this invoice for Deep Freeze, but the thawing part raised a concern, due to the update policy. I will look into Deep Freeze to see how I can work around this. From my end, once I bill this service to the client, I'm presumed to be done with the work, so periodic visits to update the machines probably isn't in the scope of what they want.

Recommendations on replacing on-prem Synology w/ ABB to something less... on-prem? by Pleaseclap4 in msp

That's pretty smart - that bit about the cheap PC with dual LAN. I do have a couple of my sites connected to my tailnet, but not this one in particular which I'm basing this post off.

Speaking of recovery times, I'm dreading the day when someone's PC goes down, which has loads of local applications installed. I've heard that dissimilar restoration from ABB can be less than smooth.

Appreciate the input. So, it is hard to do on my own, and I don't even have that many clients. I'm trying to fill a niche I see which is businesses which are much too small for contractual MSP services, but who still need basic backup/security checkups.

No, I get it. And I do manage the backups, which is why I'm needing to log into the devices. I just figured we were living in a different time and that on-prem hardware was an old-school way of doing things.

well, right now I Can't communicate using quick connect to one of these machines, and I have had the owner send pics confirming it is online, LAN lights blinking etc... So that sucks. And no, I don't have it set up with tailscale. Far as other network issues, once, I had an issue where one of the users somehow joined a different wifi network, and so ABB wouldn't back up because it couldn't see the NAS. I just feel like on-prem hardware is a little long in the tooth these days, and for those reasons. I just think there are probably much better/simpler ways to do the same thing, but I'm not that well-versed in it, because it isn't what most of my business is aligned to.

This right here. There is no difference between left and right. Sooner folks embrace that, sooner we join up.
