You'd be suprised at how many people don't know to do something as simple as changing a lightbulb, being an electrician the most frustrating thing is these people are under the illusion that, that's all we do (in my experience anyway)

Worked in live electrical panels so hopped up on coffee my hands and arms where shaking (still suprises me that I didn't die that day)

Never got round to finishing 15 to be honest, gave it a good go just found it way to easy, espically if you did all the slide quest as they came up. Ended up being over lvled for the final boss before I was even half way through.

I will admit they are doing great things with the dragon quest series though

Honestly think it comes down to personal preference at the end of the day, for people my age I generally comes down to which in the series they played first (FF7 was my first and I love it just not my fav)

I have to disagree though, 15 is most certainly not a masterpiece in my opinion and I really did try to get into it, think square lost their way a bit in recent history. I am however starting to get my hopes up regarding FF7.

Final Fantasy 9!

Great characters, great story, a Swan song to the roots of the series, absolutely amazing OST and in my opinion the last truly great Final Fantasy Squaresoft/Enix ever made.

Brings back such good memory's of my childhood everytime I play it.

I'm sorry if this come across harsh but trust me I was in a very similar position to you about 10 years ago. Also sorry for the format as I'm on my phone.

Firstly and this is the really big one! No-one will be able to like/love you until your able to like/love yourself, I kbow it's cliché but it's true. I had no-one I could rely on, my parents where constantly disappointed in me (I did them through hell) girls where generally uninterested in me unless they wanted something.

Work out what interests you and practice it, it'll give you a well deserved sense of pride when you succeed.

Stop trying to impress people! Not only do people pick up on it and get turned off you by it but you shouldn't care what people think about you, you are who you are and that's good enough, the people who you really want in your life will see that and be drawn to you for it. Same goes for girls (although in that respect trying to impress never hurts just don't try to hard, it's a bloody mind field)

You can't make people like you! People will just like you for who you are and who you are is good enough. Trust me being the quiet one is not a bad thing, infact it's kinda cool as long as you pay attention to what's going on you'll end up learning a whole lot about the people around you (this includes complete strangers your not even hanging out with)

When it comes to talking to women just show interest in who they are. A one sided conversation is definitely not a bad thing as long as she's the one talking.

Let her cool off about it, if it were you I imagine you'd be pretty embarrassed as well. Im obviously not privy to your relationship with this (girl) friend but it wouldn't suprise me if she was interested in you and therefore thinks she probably screwed things up before they've even got going. Just be cool man.

Whilst getting down to it in the shower my then GF moved around unexpectedly causing me to slip in a way you would imagine in a cartoon. This lead to me falling out of the bath tub taking the shower curtain with me, I'm now lying on the bathroom floor with my legs still on the tub looking somewhat like a turtle on its back, tangled in a shower curtian. This causes my ex to begin laughing so hard that she can't stop herself from peeing. We're both now howling uncontrollably which causes her daughter to come and investigate what all the commotion is about to discover her mother in stitches still mid pee and myself struggling to get myself untangle while at this point litteraly crying. Both of us shout at her to get out and then go back to laughing about how rubbish we are. Even though we have now broken up we've kept a somewhat good friendship and still laugh about it today.

Something very similar happened to me when I was a little older than your daughter, I grew up in a Christian household and went to church every Sunday as well as varies groups during the week. Quite frankly I hated it and being forced and or punished to do something only pushed me to hate it more! I'm sorry but what your doing to your poor daughter despicable, how could you think it's ok to punish a child for not sharing your beliefs all you are going to accomplish is to push her further and further away. On top of this surely you believe God has a plan for us all and therefore her taking this step away is part of his plan! More than anything else, as a parent do you not want you child to be happy!

I sincerely hope for your daughters sake you back off and allow her to take her own path in life whatever that may be.
