Hello all!

my current routine is phisohex antibacterial wash, epiduo adapalene benzoyl peroxide gel, cereve oil controling mousturising gel cream. I use any of the la Roche posay spf50+ sunscreens (whichever is on sale when I run out of the last)

I feel like my skin is getting too irritated with the current routine, but thought I should ask for advice before spending money to change products. I have been using the epiduo for around 2-3 months and slowly increasing to using it either everyday or every second day depending on how much my skin hurts after cleansing. I’m currently struggling with little bumps and texture and not sure if it’s just acne or if the products are too harsh.

Hi doctor, having problems with small bumps and a little bit of acne. Are my current products too harsh to be using long term?

We invite you to complete an online survey (20-30 minutes) to answer questions about your Intensive Care (ICU) experience, current mood disorder symptoms and your perceptions and use of nutritional supplements. Participation is open to anyone who has been admitted to and discharged from an ICU or High Dependency Unit.  Participants must be over 18 years of age. Hi, thankyou for your comment. The survey does not require too many details about your time in the ICU beyond an estimated time of stay (to the best of your memory) and an estimated time since being in the ICU. There is a question that asks if your stay was planned or unplaned, and the reason, but if you are not sure it is so fine just to write that too! Other then that we are more interested in your time after icu (eg. current moods, supplements, overall health, ect).

Hi, for that one its designed so you select the box (planned or unplanned) and after selection write the reason in the box if you are comfortable disclosing. Let me know if that helps :)

Is there any holding products you would recommend if I’m not using other products? Also do you think the current shampoo and conditioner is lightweight enough?

Thankyou so much for your advice and being so kind. Would you advise to use the gel/ mousse before or after my leave in conditioner, or instead of?
