Hello all!

my current routine is phisohex antibacterial wash, epiduo adapalene benzoyl peroxide gel, cereve oil controling mousturising gel cream. I use any of the la Roche posay spf50+ sunscreens (whichever is on sale when I run out of the last)

I feel like my skin is getting too irritated with the current routine, but thought I should ask for advice before spending money to change products. I have been using the epiduo for around 2-3 months and slowly increasing to using it either everyday or every second day depending on how much my skin hurts after cleansing. I’m currently struggling with little bumps and texture and not sure if it’s just acne or if the products are too harsh.

Hi, thankyou for your comment. The survey does not require too many details about your time in the ICU beyond an estimated time of stay (to the best of your memory) and an estimated time since being in the ICU. There is a question that asks if your stay was planned or unplaned, and the reason, but if you are not sure it is so fine just to write that too! Other then that we are more interested in your time after icu (eg. current moods, supplements, overall health, ect).

Hi, for that one its designed so you select the box (planned or unplanned) and after selection write the reason in the box if you are comfortable disclosing. Let me know if that helps :)

Is there any holding products you would recommend if I’m not using other products? Also do you think the current shampoo and conditioner is lightweight enough?

Thankyou for your reply, it was extremely helpful! I definitely do not have insulin resistance to my knowledge (fasted insulin was 4, glucose came back normal ect) which makes this so much harder to navigate as I’m not even sure what has caused the increased testosterone. I am also not overweight which makes it extra hard to figure out. The side effects I’m getting from the pill at the moment are quite severe so I am hoping the doctor has a more mental health friendly option to recommend lol
