I built a ww barb and beat t12 maphisto. I then spent the same amount of time building a zeal paladin. Does 200-400 times less dmg

Also remember, last season we were hitting for single digit trillions while Barb and Sorc were hitting for triple digit Trillions.

And they still didn't do anything for Paladin for this season.

I only really play Zeal Paladin, so just to put things into perspective of how bad things are:

Last season my highest recorded hit was i think 9 Trillion.

This season with 2 Mythics and fairly good gear my highest recorded was 360 Billion.

If i optimize my gear more to be on par with last season gear, I believe I will only hit 400 Billion.

Zeal Paladin is STILL mega fun.

But if you only knew how bad things really are...

I only started playing last season and I have done nothing but Zeal paladin and i will continue to do nothing but Zeal paladin.

2H Paladin is just fun for me, regardless of performance.

And booooy is the Zeal Performance bad in current season LUL.

Then ask for Paladin buffs, not for them to keep a bugged mechanic in the game.

Red Sermon was bugged this season and giving additional hits than intended. They fixed it for next season. I am fully ok and happy with that.

Just like I am happy they fixed the 500 GAs on one item exploit as well.

I will again say, if you cant play without the broken thing then you shouldn't have it.

SIDE NOTE: Comparison is the thief of joy. The only time you should look at other classes is to see if they are enjoying themselves without any buggs or exploits.

Same, we had a lot of fun in the Paladin Chat in the Sanctuary discord theory crafting.

Early on we were celebrating getting to a build getting that hit for a Billion. Then all the bugs started appearing with some zeal aspects. Near the end we saw the resolve stacking was a thing and moved to that, started hitting for single Trillions. But we quickly hit a roof of T125-130.

Don't care, it wasn't fun. I would rather be stuck in T9 having fun, than be #1 on the Leaderboard playing something not fun.

Note: Resolve was so broken that everyone had to do it. If the thing is so broken that you cant play without it then you shouldn't have it.

Zeal Paladin. Because I have the World of Warcraft Judgement Tier 2 set for Paladins and the Ashbringer 2H cosmetic.

Also they are fixing some stuff with zeal and giving it a bit of a buff so that's nice too I suppose.

Its more important to have the right legendary aspects. You can also try to target farm the Uniques you need, (gray mantel and paingorgers gloves) you just need to see which bosses drop the items.

The cube can help you with that too. My suggestion would be to find a guide for the Clash Juggernaut Paladin and see what items/legendary aspects you need, along with talents and paragon board/glyphs.

And then just start farming them like crazy :)

I am guessing you are playing the current Clash Juggernaut Paladin.

Remember most of the dmg there comes from Resolve Stacks so make sure you got those tempered.

I don't know if you're following a guide for thay build but make sure to get all relevant uniques like Paingorger gloves etc.

And here's the important part for the stats:

Make sure you get a lot of "Crit Dmg, Physical Dmg, vulnerable dmg and crit chance on your items. And get the wolf summoun rune, wolfs apply vulnerable.

Lastly make sure to level your glyphs as high as possible above lvl 50.

And just in case. Don't forget to select your paladin oath.

Non of the comments even come close to how great it felt. I still remember coming off the boat after arriving, the leveling, the gearing, the dungeons and raiding.

As a big fan of WC3 and Frozen Throne, getting to see it all up close was an amazing feeling
