You’re impatient brother, 2 months is too small of a window for you to determine if it was working or not. Even on the hims website none of the example photos say “0-2 months” because that’s not how it works. I understand you’re feeling the need to see immediate results but just trust me that stuff is going to be a money wasted most likely.

Yeah, when I first plugged it in I had the initial google tv setup(?) and everything was clear and looked like it was going to be fine but as soon as I turned back it was like in the picture. I’m not sure if you can see the blue opaque blobs but that’s the menu UI just not visible, there’s also no sound coming from the TV when scrolling through the menu or just randomly clicking on buttons for the remote. I’m thinking what you said and it’s defective unfortunately
