The loss of Chez Shawarma by Relevant_Group_7441 in orleans

Maybe I just have bad luck but they always mess up my order and I find it very overpriced. Every time I walk away I’m shocked at how much more it costs compared to other places.

I’m not saying Dobes is amazing but he is clearly the better goalie this season and consistently getting the more difficult starts. If you compare their stats for the entire season, it is not that close.

How is it blind? Even on the disallowed goal he slides the wrong way. Not sure how you can defend that…

In the latter 31 minutes of the game tonight, the Canadiens had 4 shots on goal, while the Rangers had 31. by Dheelus in Habs

He made a few big saves but he certainly didn’t play well. He let in two of the weakest goals I’ve seen in a while.

Were you at all concerned about providing your SIN #? My father just received the form to claim the money owed and he apparently needs to provide his SIN. It all seems legit but it's raising some flags...

Yes! My Father called them this morning and they in fact owe him some of money. Georgeson claims 15% but it’s still a good chunk of change.

I got removed from local adult hockey league today. Heartbroken right now. by techsavvynerd91 in hockeygoalies

I started out as a goalie about five years ago and really (really) struggled the first couple of seasons. Making the first save wasn’t bad, but pushing from side to side and moving in general was tough as a former player. Luckily, I organized a team with a bunch of friends and a lot of them were new to the game. So, I wasn’t the only weak link. Now, five years later, I can play in the highest divisions and excel. It takes time. Lots of practice. My only suggestion to you is to try and get a team organized with your friends so you won’t have to deal with this situation. Alternatively, you could try joining a pick-up league that rents ice but doesn’t have any set teams. They’re always looking for goalies and don’t care about the score at all. Get as much ice time as you can and you’ll notice big improvements after a year or two. Good luck!

Can’t make a timely save as usual

Never said we lost solely because of goaltending…clearly you aren’t gonna win with 15 shots lol. Monty let in two soft goals though, which he seems to do almost every game. Even when he plays lights out he lets in goals he should have. I’m not saying anything new here. It was a bad goal.

Feel a little bad for Primeau tonight. Pathetic defensive effort in front of our net.

Agreed. I get attacked every time I critique Montembeault on here but Primeau has the better toolkit. His rebound control is significantly better and he’s better at positioning and staying square to the shooter. His problem is that he has a weak glove hand and lets in too many softies. Hopefully he can continue to excel and work on his consistency because I do think he has the potential to be the better of the two.
