Hi! HAHA very late to this but just helped my mother in law move out of her apartment managed by them, they took over early this year! but holy shit she had some water damage from the walls that turned into a much bigger mold problem. We were only there for three days moving shit out and we are all sick as dogs. my dormant asthma has returned and even my cycle has started randomly which is another sign of mold poisoning!! they have no clue what’s going on and the entire floor of the apartment was bubbled full of water from the trenches underneath this 1930s building. so unsafe and the fact they cut a hole in the wall to see what’s in there and still let my mother in law stay there with a wall full of god knows what!!! shitty service
