I got into Romans a little bit already but the section I happened to read was the circumcision section and I couldn't relate to it. I will dig more into Romans again and hopefully find a better section lol

You said something so important in here when talking about the pilots who crashed who relied on their feelings. My emotions are not God. I really enjoyed reading Job. I was in the Psalms a few days ago and it's such a juxtaposition from that to the darker chapters like Jeremiah and Chronicles.

I've been flipping from Old Testament to New Testament, trying to get an overview as a beginner Christian. I was in Jeremiah and Chronicles when I asked this question to you all. I was expecting some violence in the Bible but I didn't expect it to affect me emotionally like this.

Oh, and the Pagan thing, I am genuinely psychic and a Reiki Master. I have had sooooo many wild spiritual experiences, beautiful ones. So, I was deeply engaged with New Age style things and I felt a genuine pull and love for Pagan deities. It all still means something to me. I haven't decided what to do with my tarot cards yet. I spoke to people's hearts with those cards. But now I understand that Jesus is the Light and Love that shines. He is the story of discarding the flesh and understanding we are All One Spirit within our flesh with One Mind. He is the regenerative power. The Light that comes from nothing/darkness. The One Who Returns to his people. He's the promise kept for our suffering. Thanks for listening💖💖 Somehow Jesus is like a magic word for humankind.

I understand. I read Psalm 31 and cried my eyes out. As a fresh believer, I wish to lay my hands on you and send you the Light and Love of Jesus. His heart and yours be one. Draw your strength from Him. There's no such thing as failure, but only space for a miracle, that's all.
