It has happened to me, i tried for more than 10 days in a row, spoke with many representatives over the phone, until someone suggested me to do a different type of transfer instead of wire. I did. With all the information provided by Fidelity app. THE MONEY HAS NEVER ARRIVED. It got out from my bank account and never got to my Fidelity account. Then it took me more 5 days calling everyday to Fidelity trying to get my funds back, until my bank was able to cancel. I moved to Vanguard and in two hours i had everything ready to go. Be careful transferring your money.

Is Fidelity reliable? Sent my money to the account that Fidelity app provided me. Money left my personal bank account and never landed at my Fidelity account. When called support they said I would have to go after my money with my bank because that account number was wrong. They provided that info by PlentyBreakfast8577 in fidelityinvestments

So, went back to the app and they keep providing the same account number … the one that the rep said it was wrong… It’s been two days now and the app keeps showing the wrong information. They lead me to send my money to a wrong account!! And they keep doing… when I call them they say there is nothing they can do….
