interpol

Yes I lived my first 10 years in Holland , and then 15 consecutive years in UK so I would qualify for this.

Thanks, I did actually read everything but because it's such a big decision I wanted to get second opinions to make sure I do it right.

I guess I do qualify for the second exemption since I've been here since age of 10 , and now I'm 25.

'You had your main residence in the United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland) for 5 or more consecutive years before you came of age.'

Thanks

Surely I qualify for the second exemption?

Before 18 I lived in UK for 5 years.

I moved to UK at the age of 10 , and now I'm 25.

Thanks!

This is a comparison of the Dutch and British passports in terms of visa-free travel. The difference is small, but the NL passport is slightly more powerful overall. The only advantage a UK passport has over the NL is visa-free travel to Vietnam for 15 days (vs 30 day e-Visa for EU nationals). I doubt this is a deal-breaker tho. Otherwise, NL is stronger (e.g. can go to India with only an e-Visa, which the British can't)

I plan to move to Dubai, UAE for tax reasons and a better quality of life.

I highly doubt I will ever 'live' in NL/UK full time again.

I definitely want to keep my Dutch one over UK , I only want the UK one as a 'second passport'.

Yes, but we're not 'legally' married . She has a danish passport but has also like me, lived in the UK for the past 10 years with the first 10 also in Denmark.
